    It is rewarding and enjoyable to be a part of the Mais Vida Institute, which does essential work for the Antares community and region. I provide nutritional care to women, focusing primarily on loss. prevention and control of chronic non-communicable diseases. These women would not have easy access to this service if it were not for the space offered by the Institute. It's wonderful with nutrition promote health and provide a better quality of life to the population, even more in need. Volunteer work requires love and dedication from those who need help.
